I have been watching MarcusTv(the blog) since the beginning, it was interesting because I was going to buy the H1 he bought(thank god I didnt) but he he was a day earlier.. I love how people get pissed off when someone takes all this time to set something up that helps other make their dreams possible, and I do agree with signature on the fact that there are some ignorant pricks on the other forum.. but there are also respectable elders that will take the time to address someone in need of help.

The font needss work, half the input box's are white(I thinks its an Windows XP thing) so you cant see what your typeing(ie:email address input box for registration) and it is also hard to see on the grey background(btw I have 20/20 vision). But for being a brand new site, It is flawless.(You should revamp my site for me when you get some time

Any chance you could send me a copy of WoW? Since you have so many you dont know what to do with them all... ;\)

Ciao,
Nate

Welcome,

How's the business up in MN profile??

Yeah I guess my thing is that there are people on there that no matter what, you wont make it. I read things all the time about what you should do and what you shouldnt. For example, you see a lot of posts on how yellow page advertising is not as successful as most people think...

I bet I've had 25 people come to me saying they would have called me first if they had seen me in the yellow pages. Its just one of those things that works for me here and might not for someone else. Some places internet is the berries. I try to dabble in all advertising methods. Of course, I'm still just getting off the ground. I set myself an 18 month date to be getting regular runs, and I'm already exceeding my expectations.

Hopefully, we will be able to provide positive input. Sometimes, you do have to be realistic, but never negative.

brian

ProfileLimoMN, Welcome to the forums. I'm glad you like this site being another choice. I've never really had any bad run-ins at limos.com. I've had a few people think I was a noob. But hey. they are right. \:\)

Coming from the video game industry and being one of the top companies in our market it's given me really thick skin. I get attacked daily and I really don't notice it much anymore. So that could be why I don't notice it over there.

I do think the forums over there are very valuable though. Lots of really good information. Also as you say there are a lot of members there that are veterans in the industry.

As for the fonts and colors of the text. I sent a message to one of my web guys to take a look. As for doing site designs for people. We don't really get into doing that for others. This site right here cost around 5 to 6 thousand to put together. Most limo companies would not want to spend that much on a web site.

I'm glad you have been following my videos. I know I've been pretty quiet lately. We've been working hard on getting the new location. Then I also made a mistake with one of my other companies that could have cost me a quarter million dollars. I don't have that kind of money laying around. So we had to put all staff from all of my companies working on this one issue to save ourselves. Needless to say. Things like videos and even checking the site here stopped for a couple of weeks. We did however come out on top. I have a very amazing team of people that all came together and developed solutions and saved that company.

As for WoW. Email me your address at marcus@trustwho.com and I'll send you a DVD that has a free trial on it. You can get a taste of it and see if you want your life to be sucked away into the virtual world of Azeroth! Just be careful. It's a very addictive game.

More than I wanted. That's for sure.

We will be filming on the 25th of June at Legendary coachworks. I hope to get a lot of good content to work with while I'm there.

Then we will be in NY on the 4th of July through the 7th. I'm hoping to catch a good fireworks display.

While in NY on the 7th is the YouTube meetup. I'm going to venture out and meet some of these other people putting up content on Youtube. We plan to take the car to the events if possible. If we do though we'll be hiring a security guard to watch the car while we're away from it.

A few days later we'll be in Michigan. We'll be touring the factiry that makes the camera systems we put into the car. Hopefully by then I will have been able to show you a lot of the good content that we can pick up from our external cameras. I'll be doing some special videos on the cameras. I think they will be very useful for if anything bad happens and also be great for catching some very funny stuff. \:\)

That's the direct limo related content I'm looking at doing while on our road trip. Hopefully I'll be posting something nightly.

You bastards hijacked my thread!!... lol just kidding.. Im averageing $3-4000(before bills) a month up here with one 10 pass krystal and no employees, I also started with $4000 to my name.. So im doing very well considering the factors.. I would have another limo already but the bank doesnt like giving money to new business until a year or two of success has gone into it..

The "other" forum.. hah!.. how many new post have I seen there that do not get answered, or just get answered with irrelavent garbage.. from these "Limo Gods"... what a joke... theres one I ranted on today about Memorial Day.. how can someone flame a post thats commemorating the people that died for what we have today.. all I can say is what a douche bag... lol...

Im 21 and show more respect and maturity then alot of those fools there.. WoW.. speaking of that.. my email address is nateisanass@yahoo.com.. dont be stingy send me the full game!.. lol I used to make good money with gaming ventures.. such as selling hard to find cheats, walkthroughs, bots(ie:diablo 2), etc... im still making good money now selling information(couple hundred a month for sending out emails) I guess when your good your good... lol

Thanks Marcus.. keep up the good work!...
