So, I would like to introduce you to my truck! This is my favorite vehicle right now and it’s my personal vehicle that I drive daily. It is also one that we just used for a test on doing some detailing. Of course we’re going to need detailing for the limos so I figured we may as well use my truck as a great test vehicle to try out a few of the companies.
The first company that we went with told us they had a three week wait to be able to get any one to do the truck. Those three weeks came and went and they missed their appointment. They didn’t show up, they didn’t call, so I decided not to call them back.
We went with a different company that has actually worked out pretty good. They are located here in Portland and they are called Advanced Detailing. They did some great detail on stuff; they even washed underneath the truck. I’ve taken this through a few mud holes and it’s all pretty clean under there. The whole truck itself is pretty shiny now. One thing I noticed is that there are no swirls in the paint. The last time I had detailing done there were a lot of swirls in the paint when they were done. It didn’t look that great and these guys did a really professional job, they even polished up my tires and wheels. On the inside they did a really good job too. The whole interior is very clean; they even cleaned out the ashtray. I had to ask my wife if I had forgotten to pull the change out and she told me that she pulled it out for me knowing I was going to have it detailed. Even down in the pocket, it is pretty clean. They even did the extra little stuff and I am really pleased with it. I think that this company is going to be what we use for detailing in the future. They even have fleet rates which make it very easy to get my car detailed often. Talk to you later.
