So I am here today at All Around Automotive, where I get most of my automotive work done. They do seem to do a good job so I am having them do the limo as well. Boy they have a lot to do on the limo. You can see here behind me that we’ve got it in the shop right now and we found some pretty interesting things. We did a list out on legal sheets and came out with a page and a half of items that need to be repaired. They started to work on that and some of the first things that they found were that the back parking break was stuck and may have been stuck the entire trip. We are lucky we didn’t over heat the breaks or have a fire. Our exhaust problem, they found that right next to the catalytic converter we actually had a full break in the exhaust pipe. It’s no wonder we were getting smoked out in there even though we weren’t intending to smoke.
Let me show you a couple of things that are happening on here. I’ve never seen anything like these before! We have new head lights being put on to the vehicle and this apparatus actually helps them adjust so that they are pointing properly. Down here, I don’t know if you can see this too well but we welded in a little plate right here and that plate was put in because; well, look at this nice mark in the hood. That is not just rubbed of paint that is actually a dip right there. That’s an issue and it looks like the whole brush guard got bent. They are working on getting the mirror fixed and a whole bunch of other stuff. They were kind enough to get an auto body paint place to come out and look at it. I will let you know when I get an estimate on that. It does need a paint job and we are also going to do some upholstery.
